This position will be based in Eaton s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (GSC CoE) in Pune. Person in this position will be responsibile to maintain the Global Approved Supplier list for Eaton including all suppliers. This role also expects to coordinate with SCM businesses for any change / updating of classifications for any supplier and load the same in the ASL. Key deliverables would include managing Eaton s ASL supplier database with spend, coordinating with business unit leads for alignment in supplier classification, The extended responsibilities of this role will include managing Eaton Supplier Code of Conduct database, engaging with SCM businesses for ensuring compliance and doing business right.Process Related - a. Approved Supplier List 1. Monthly review of ASL through Qlikview Insights, loading of data in Insights, working with IT, loading data into global procurement sharepoint data base 2. Updating master ASL database with updated ASL data 3. ASL Monthly process - Montly report out of suppliers analysis - business wise, ASL classificatin wise to VP, SCM 4. Manage Supplier Master data for analytics and reporting with respect to supply base, spend data, classifications, and other supplier attributesb. Supplier Code of Conduct - 1. Engage with SCM businesses to affirm existing legacy non-affirmed suppliers to our COC 2. Overseeing any daily analytical activities pertaining to this process, Monthly loads in Insights & GPS, data extraction and analytics. 3. Support any M&A for any COC affirmation activtieis 4. Work with supplier add change team to provide advice regarding Eaton supplier code of conduct queries from requesters, SCM businesses or suppliers.c. Master Data Management - 1. Managing supplier portal data, building a centralized supplier address book 2. Linking all compliance process databases for suppliers and integrate for process data trendsd. Lead automation, standardization projects and integration of process across all teams in the Compliance functionQMS, CI Requirements - 1. To identify and deliver deploy process improvement methodologies. 2. Be able to adapt and sustain continuous improvement environment.Technical Competancies & Service Delivery Requirements - 1. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) for analytics and presentation 2. Strong Working Knowledge ERP System & business intillelligence tools such as OBIEE,Qlik View is required 3. Hands on experience on MS Excel (Advanced Excel functionalities), Power BI, automation using Python/VBA coding will be an added advantage 4. Manage large data, excel based analysis, be able to break down data sets into meaningful interpretations. 5. Good communication skills to work with teams remotely, close coordination with cross-functional operations team to ensure closure 6. Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required 7. Alignment with the Corp Risk & Compliance / SCM Leaders, align with the strategy and deploy those strategies.Qualifications UG/ PG (any stream) 2 - 3 years of working experience in a similar industry will be required where there has been exposure on master data maintenances. Overall 5-6 years of experience. 1. ERP knowledge / working of ERPs like SAP/Oracle/Qlikview 2. VBA coding/ automation skills can be an added advantage 1.
