We serve 99% of the Fortune 100, 90% of the Fortune 500, and are the market leader in Software-defined Storage, Data Protection, and Archiving.We are looking for an UCCE/Open Methods developer to join the Marketing, Digital and Mobile IT Enterprise Applications organization responsible for supporting the development for strategic projects in customer care and tech support area. To be a part of this team, you should have hands on experience in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Voice Portal (CVP). Good knowledge of Cisco UCCE Architecture, deployment models and components. You should have strong knowledge of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities and stand-ups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives, ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression testing and adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies. What youll own:
  • Design and configure UCCE Call flow scripts.
  • Basic knowledge in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Reporting (CUIC).
  • Hands on knowledge on configuring UCCE Call flow scripts.
  • Troubleshooting complex UCCE and CVP related issues.
  • Unit testing of the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind
  • Work as part of global team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business stake holders across the globe.
Experience youll need:
  • Up to 3 years of experience in delivering technology solutions in UCCE & Open Methods space.
  • Hands on experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and voice gateways, SIP, H323.
  • Hands on experience in CVP Micro app and basic knowledge in VXML application.
  • Hands on experience in CVP Micro app and basic knowledge in VXML application.
  • Good understanding of Open Methods (Harmony) software configuration.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
