Job Description

    Associate Product Manager Druva delivers data protection and management for the cloud era. Druva Cloud Platform is built on AWS and offered as-a-Service, delivering globally accessible, infinitely scalable and completely autonomous enterprise data resiliency. Customers drive down costs by up to 50 percent by freeing themselves from the burden of unnecessary hardware, capacity planning, and software management. Druva s patented cloud architecture transforms backup data into an asset, making it more open and accessible so customers can streamline governance, improve cyber resiliency, and gain critical insights to uncover opportunities and expedite decision making.Druva is trusted by over 4,000 global organizations and protects over 200 PB of data.Summary:The Product Manager will lead and manage a specific portion of Druva s portfolio of Data Protection products and services. This person will be responsible for helping drive the strategy and help develop the product roadmap, while ensuring the execution of the strategy working in collaboration with cross functional teams. This is a critical, highly visible, and strategic role within the company with the ability to impact a wide portfolio of products.Responsibilities:As a key member of the Product Management team, you will:
    • Work with customers and field teams to understand product needs
    • Prioritize product features, define and drive roadmap
    • Collaborate with other PMs and engineering to drive roadmap dependencies and execution of the same
    • Communicate product plans and roadmap to customers and internal stakeholders
    • Drive feature adoption with customers and track them for internal consumption
    • Assist Marketing and content teams with messaging, competitive positioning
    • Build deep relationships with Technical Sales and Customer Success teams and assist them on product front when required
    • Ability to back up product decisions backed by data and analytics.
    Qualifications:
      • Strongly preferred:
        • 3-4 of years of domain knowledge and expertise in areas of end user Data Security, Data Protection & Data Management including and not restricted to End Points (Windows, iOS, Android, IOT, Chromebook, etc), SaaS apps (M365, Google Workspace, SFDC etc.), Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, Dell, etc.)
        • 3-5 years of PM experience of building and shipping quality enterprise SaaS products.
        • Design/implementation or management of Enterprise SaaS solutions for large scale environments (> 5000 user organizations).
          • SaaS & cloud related experience at the API level will be a significant bonus
          • Microsoft, AWS or other relevant Cloud certifications
        • Ability to operate in a lean and agile development processes with a proven track record in using these skills to develop and manage products and people through the entire product life cycle
        • 2 3 years of experience working with Pricing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams.
        • Working and hands-on experience with analytics tools like Looker/ SQL/PowerBI/Tableau, etc.
        • Bonus - Previously authored and built product demos, technical blogs, product enablement and sales enablement material.

        • Possess a results-oriented mind-set. While the ideal candidate is highly capable doing the inbound activities involved in building great products, you are comfortable hands-on in the trenches executing on deliverables as needed to grow your products.
        • Superior analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
        • Ability to build and develop durable relationships across product teams, sales engineers, marketing, etc. to support research and strategy execution needs
        • Strong self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
        • Enterprise and large enterprise segment experience (both direct and indirect). Business development experience preferred
        • BE or equivalent; MBA preferred
