Job Description

    Candidate should have min 3 years of Experience with tools like SCOM.Should have good monitoring hands-on experience in System Centre Operations Manager in any version. Should be able to generate report using the monitoring tool. Manage, co-ordinate and support monitoring on ad-hoc requests Should be able to work and have good understanding on ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Ability to be flexible, to be able to work on tickets, tasks, change and emails. Experience in any other network monitoring tool along with SCOM will be an advantage. Experience with Windows administration will be an added advantage. PowerShell Skill will be an added advantage. Understanding and knowledge on SCORch would be an added advantage. . OR. Candidate should have min 3 years of Experience with tools like PRTG.Should have good working hands on PRTG monitoring and Support. Monitor all the systems, devices, traffic, and applications in the IT Infrastructure. Manage, co-ordinate and support monitoring on ad-hoc requests. Monitor all types of servers in real time with regards to availability, accessibility, and overall reliability. Monitor specific datasets from our databases with individually configured PRTG sensors and SQL database server. Should be able to work and have good understanding on ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Ability to be flexible, to be able to work on tickets, tasks, change and emails. Experience in any other monitoring tool like SCOM will be an advantage. Experience with Windows administration will be an added advantage. PowerShell Skill will be an added advantage. Understanding and knowledge on SCORch would be an added advantage
