Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    1. Well versed with development processes of EATS System & other small proprietary parts like PCV, CCV, Oil Seals, Exhaust pipes etc.
    2. Should be able to identify FTG (Fixture, Tooling & Gauges) requirement for new development.
    3. Should be able to calculate SBC (Part & Tool) and finalise technical sign off as per process flow.
    4. Should be able to manage and review the development as per time plan and project milestone with Suppliers
    5. Collaboration with different teams like SQI, SSU, PCM, SCPC
    6. Capable to do Material Management as per Project timeline and Milestones
    7. Should be able to calculate Capex as per part requirement
    8. Capable to identify current capacities at supplier and Gap in capacity w.r.t plan
    9. Should understand the supply chain of EATS from Substrate to Coating to Canning
    10. Should be able to deal with all MNC suppliers (require proficiency in English and writing emails)
    Experience 5 to 8 years. Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering; BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical) General Requirements
    1. Smart and hardworking.
    2. Agility with positive attitude.
    3. Commitment adherence with ownership and boundary less working approach
    4. Co-ordination Skills to work in CFT and Team
    1. Ability to speak + read + write in fluently in English and local language.
    2. Good Communication skills
    3. Ready to relocate as per teams requirement
