Position Overview: This position requires preparation and review of assigned FP&A reporting, more specifically having knowledge in financial domain, streamlining internal/ external reports etc. Ensure service levels are achieved with set desired expectations from client & management. Timeliness and Accuracy are key KPIs to this role. Roles & Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions: Candidate should have good conceptual understanding of Accounting, Financial statements and reporting activities. To work as a partner of the onshore FP&A team to meet finance business objectives Exposure to Hyperion ESSBASE/ Smartview, SAP, EDW, Access and other tools. Understanding & review of elements like weekly dashboards, Backlogs, Revenue, Inventory, flash reports etc. with respective onshore FP&A BU owner Generating periodic reports, Adhoc reports as per business requirements. Analyzing variances & provide required explanation Period Close activities including accruals, running monthly/quarterly allocation process, SOX compliance Analysis, financial reporting (Mainly P&L), budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis Mentoring & providing training to new team members Preparation & presentation of Dashboard for critical business review meetings with stakeholders Streamlining current manual analytics for efficiency, creation of standard reports, developing new views & analytics for critical business needs Ensure customer satisfaction by providing error free reports, submitting on timely manner and communicated effectively. Exposure in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial planning and Financial analysis are mandatory Continuous improvement in productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team. Qualifications: Education Requirements: Bachelor s degree or equivalent required, with a concentration in Accounting/ Financial Planning and Analysis 3-5 years accounting experience in FP&A, reporting, dashboards,
