Job Description

    Core Responsibility: Resource will be part of client services team. Mainly responsible for problem and incident management areas. Will act as Level 2 support escalation for current teams Secondary role will include implementation / change management Will work closely with client management on governance / process, SLA reports. Will work on real time market data services hosted in US for APAC client. Due to cross region delivery, resource is expected to work in US / APAC time zone as needed. Will report into service delivery manager for key APAC client locally in Pune. Will report to Head of Client services on Business side. Will be responsible for overall FAME APAC client engagement. Requirements: Knowledge of Financial Markets, good understanding of Market Data mainly equities. Technical skills include Linux , understanding of infra ( networking and server to interface with infra team ) , Apache Shell scripting, My SQL , web base application , Telekurs, knowledge about market data API , Tick data base / Ticker Plant Management of Java/C++ application, XML FAME Cross syhmboloy , SLC/MDS API , understanding of TCP/IP /Multicast Knowledge of sybase will be additional advantage Exposure to Bloomberg / Reuters frontend and backend will be key advantage. Should have worked with management of ticker plants Soft skills Ability to think logically under Pressure Good organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work with senior client management Job Description Resource will be working key APAC client on multimillion dollar engagement. will be responsible for understanding complex market data setup hosted in US data center. will be documenting detailed workflow and various gaps in architecture technically / process wise. will be managing and maintaining improvement initiatives on current environment and understand and help to migrate to new / target environment. will be responsible for problem / incident / change management / governance w.r.t this account will be managing client expectations from escalations / IR report creation , follow-ups , closure will interface with infra / dev / QA team both internal and at client side will drive system / continues improvement plans Number of years of experience in Capital market / market data 8+ years. Exposure to Bloomberg / Reuters / Six or industry standard market data API will be surely be big plus,
