Job Description

    BU staffing - C2HPune1st page will be candidate selfie with ID card same id card he will give L1/l2 round. 1st page will be candidate selfie with ID card same id card he will give L1/l2 round.We are looking for candidates with following skill for our client on C2H .Exp : 4 to 8 YrsLocation :- PuneShare only Local candidates, or who ready to relocate PUNE Within 15 Days.Note :- Dont share any Recruiter profile.Candidates who have prior experience in staffing- working with account stakeholders, handling bench.Working closely with recruitment and practice teams on supplyDemand managementGood communicationExcellent in excel-pivots and vlookupsLook out for.Excellent Excel knowledge.MIS reportingDemand creation knowledge (good to have)Worked on arranging panels for account.Good communication- should have confidence to interact with senior stakeholdersAbility to work extended hours.Should not be pursuing any further education while playing this roleShould agree/confirm that the role hired for might not be a permanent role and role reversals or a different role change might occur based on performance /ability.Should be aware and agree to report to Talwade Pune office premises.If relocating should know that relocation expenses must be borne by candidate and they need to relocate immediately.Have staffing /PMO experience not pure recruitment profiles.
