Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Off asset prospecting/ remarketing campaign management Own and deploy multi-channel orchestration framework for remarketing campaigns Understand and utilize customer journey cycle to hypothesize customer drop off Design win0-back campaigns based on above analysis to deliver business growth Understand business objective and develop media strategy for the agency for execution Review media plans shared by agency for alignment to end objective Own campaign health score card across platforms and channel Strong hands on experience in creating world class campaign structures across various platforms like Google Ad-words FBx and other DSPs Own the media budget management and subsequent bid -strategy 2. Campaign and Asset performance management Maintain a mix of sustaining/ performing campaigns with experimentation Ensure right campaign through right platform for right audience Ensure correct Audience segmentation strategy in conjunction with business Own the micro KPIs to manage campaign performance Design A/B and/or Multi variate tests on outbound channels Ensure destination/ landing pages performance for respective campaigns Own click-stream analytics implementation across web assets and deploy corresponding rules & priority for on-asset prospecting 3. Tools & Processes Well versed with usage and strategic views of best in class tools for personalization and campaign management such as Optimize CDP Google suite Ad-words google shopping FBx etc. Identify insights and actionable from the tool kits to deliver core business objectives Expand the tool kit to keep updated on best search practices competitive moat and drive efficiencies in process Work closely with multiple internal team like communications content and analytics to clearly communicate metric driven asks Formalize objective and period of review for course corrections with defined KPIs Ensure the collaborative actionable are driven through tightly coupled workflows and SLAs 4. Business Performance Own the entire funnel from impression to business volumes Drive conversion ratios for various parts of the funnel Own the cost of acquisition and establish remarketing as a lowest cost channel for web business 5. Agency management and Collaboration Build sustainable relationships with external and internal partners Define agency KPIs and drive for performance Ensure adequate and right workflows are in place at agency to deliver on set objectives Ensure timely and correct bills are raised which are aligned to agreement Work closely with in-house content analytics and business team members Ensure clear accountabilities are established and formal mechanism for assessment of performance Create avenues with agency and internal teams for periodic review and course correction , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 4-6 years of experience (at most) in driving remarketing practices in an agency or captive set-up Must have at-least 2 digital marketing certifications on different platforms ex. Google Ad-words, Programmatic, Oracle, Azure, Target, Optimize etc. Post-graduation in Management from a recognized institution Deep knowledge of industry best practices for search and inbound marketing Customer focus by understanding customer behavior and analyzing data & real-world experiences Detailed orientation & very structured thinking. Analytical mindset and track record for making data driven decisions whilst also building business intuition around the credit product Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring tools
