Our corporate payments team at FIS helps corporates do their payments seamlessly and effortlessly, while they focus on their core businesses. What you will be doing
• Lead solution designing for upgrade projects of our payments application
• Lead scoping exercises for upgrade projects
• Project leading and milestone tracking for upgrade projects.
• Work proactively with the Delivery Manager and Professional Services team in Belgium to intake and plan upgrade projects.
• Assist analyst teams in creating a high-level view of project scope and creating a first version of the upgrade backlog.
• Assist analyst teams to map content to delivery iterations and create the project delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, overruns, and work towards mitigating them. Become the escalation point where necessary.
• Work on building strong customer ties, ensure customer satisfaction with timely and quality deliveries and right level of expectations management.
• Keep a close eye on the content, deviations to agreed scope.
• Where required, get involved directly in projects to address specially challenging situations, escalations, and roadblocks
• Work with core product team and customers alike to drive and influence productizing decisions
• Prioritize the request pipeline for Dev/product team
• Build an understanding of the product on a functional level
• Proactively identify and address pitfalls and issues in the process, bring process improvements to the table.
• On need basis, act as the senior BA for especially challenging projects or fill in as a BA in times of resource crunch
• Guide and coach a team of 5+ analysts
• Participate in domain and product trainings (imparting)
• Identifying knowledge gaps and training needs for juniors, help build an execute a training plan
What you bring: Knowledge / Experience
• Customer interfacing experience is a must.
• Relevant experience and knowledge in the Finance, Payments domain is a must.
• project leading experience is a must.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is good to have.
• Familiarity with test automation is good to have.

• Fluency in the English language and good communication skills is a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must.
• Excellent leadership, and interpersonal skills required
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills required
