    • Key deliverables will involve providing actionable insights to all 3 verticals or market dynamics supported by quantitively analysis of our businesses & our customers for better decision making periodically.
    • Drive business performance across the group through in depth financial and operational data analysis on periodic basis, monthly, quarterly or annually.
    • Understand business plan, proactive research and understand various changing market dynamics, bring value contribution in business meetings through active contributions, highlight risks in advance and help make meetings more productive.
    • Focus on driving core development through strategic, operational and transformational business initiatives. Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
    • Ensure all the documents are prepared and submitted with quality checks being done to the Director on time with accurate points as mentioned from the output of previous meetings
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Advance level of skills in usage of Microsoft Tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, PM Tool like Jira
    • Advance skills in drafting documents, contracts, concept presentations, team and management communications.
    • Project and task management skills to drive various initiatives across the company covering sharpness and ability to differentiate between urgent and important tasks. Ability to write crisp minutes of meetings. Ability to stay on top of important things.
    • Time and work priority management
