Job Description

    Role: Business Analyst-Insurance BrokerageExperience: 5-8 YearsNotice Period: Immediate JoinersJob Duties & Responsibilities
    • Minimum 4 years of Business Analysis with prior experience in Business Process Reengineering & Automation
    • Insurance domain knowledge and experience in insurance domain, preferably Brokerage, including New Business, Placement, Policy Servicing, Billing and Claims Managements
    • Proven strong quantitative abilities
    • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint
    • Sound interpersonal communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams
    • Ability to lead and work with a cross functional team
    • Experience of working in Agile projects
    • Responsible for Studying As-Is processes in detail through existing documentation and SOPs, process demonstrations including variations, and interacting operations team
    • Responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments
    • Creation of Dashboards, Analytical Reports including Process Gap documentation, System Gaps, weekly MIS & status reports
    • Document To-Be process which will enable development and implementation
    • Identify automation opportunities in the processes
    • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business
    • Defining business requirements, Epics/ User Stories and playback to stakeholders
    • Submit proposal for automation implementation
    • Actively participate in the JAD sessions & requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
    • Measuring current & to be AHT & document other key parameters to measure improvements which can be achieved post solution implementation
    • Identify gaps in requirements & collaborate for resolution
    • Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
    • Defining Functional Test Scenarios & Test Cases
