Our ideal people will:Have working knowledge or experience in:
  • BSS/OSS solutions
  • Pre-sales support
  • Work in a customer-facing, time-driven (agile) project delivery environment potentially, sometimes with / through a 3rd party systems integrator
  • Manage tasks and workload and report/communicate issues and status
  • Actively raise, track and resolve project issues and risks
  • Provide support to junior staff
  • Ensuring that decisions taken comply with methodology, strategic architecture and direction
Technically you will understand and have worked with some (or all):
  • Familiarity with general TM Forum concepts (Framworx, eTOM, SID Model, Digital APIs)
  • Understanding of UML and other design languages
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of a number of technology standards including:
    • BPEL/BPMN
    • Security Standards (SSL, TLS)
    • Microsoft framework
    • Web Services (REST, SOAP)
    • JMS
    • Microservices
    • Databases (RDBMS - Oracle/MS-SQL Server, Mongo etc)
  • Good working knowledge of integration and implementation projects and the artefacts (Use Cases, BRD, CRD etc)
Understand: across some (or all):
  • Telecom BSS Domain knowledge preferable
  • Large scale integration projects and performance
  • Business Process Modelling
  • Product Modelling.

Your will contribute by:
  • Facilitating discussion with both business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision that meets customer s needs without compromising on Hansen project execution principles.
  • Delivering solution / integration/ deployment solution considering short, medium and long-term goals
  • Designing and documenting all configuration & customizations
  • Guiding the client or systems integrator through test phases with experience of agile testing principles
  • Contributing to internal asset development through regularly contributing to the standard Delivery Methodology and implementation tools
  • Supporting and directing the integration of Hansen software with 3rd party systems through various possible mechanisms (e.g. P2P, web services, EAI/ESB/middleware)
  • Maintaining deep knowledge of industry and technology trends, standards, and competition in order to identify business opportunities based on domain market dynamics
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to others team members
