Job Description

    We are hiring for one of the leading manufacturing company for Pune location.Designation :Executive / Sr Executive Sales / Assistant Manager (Depends on the yrs of experience)Job Location :Pune (Residential BD Position)Regions : West
    • Market Research, Identifying potential clients/projects by way of regular visits in various cities and through data base mapping.
    • Generating the leads / Opportunities/ orders and develop a complete understanding of customer segments (architects/contractors/consultants, PMC/end client). Will be responsible for order closing in support with the sales team.
    • Client interaction and ability to secure orders & manage the relationship at various levels with the key accounts which are the architects/contractors/consultants-PMC/end client.
    • Maintaining fruitful relationship with key accounts & achieving customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor competitors offering and prices + understanding their operations in respective areas.
    • Identify the areas for new business for Avians including specialized services. Also segment approach to identify potential segments for Avians business, map them, get ourselves approved in vendor list of these clients on a regular basis so as to cover entire market.
    • Searching for new upcoming projects all over India through various channels like projects database, cold calling, networking through architects/consultants, end user touch base.
    • To Register and have our specifications built in the tenders with architects/PMCs/builders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication capacity
    • Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and securing repeat business /Orders.
    • Formulating & implementing strategies / policies and reaching out to the unexplored market
    • segment.
    • Organizing technical presentations for new product development; resolving the technical & commercial queries raised by customers.
    • Handle promotion activity such as Exhibition, seminar, presentation.
    • Prepare / Maintain MIS reports.
