Job Description

    We are currently hiring for Business Development Manager (IT) post in Pune.Company Profile:Client is intoSoftware Sales & Service and HR Services since 2015Designation: Business Development Manager (IT) (JIS69073)Location: PuneExperience Range: 5.0 To 7.0 yrsSalary Range: - 6.00 To 12.00 LPAJob Profile:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
    • Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects for software solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Tailor presentations to address the unique needs and challenges of each client.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure agreements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors & offerings.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our software solutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
    • Generate regular sales reports for management.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Proven track record of successful software sales.
    • Strong understanding of software products and services.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
