Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities Reach out to the Leads created by you on a day to day basis directly (Face to Face) and convince the prospects to purchase the plans of the productGenerate leads through referrals or any other methodsShould understand the pain points of the users, empathize and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to buyIdentify, initiate and nurture relationships with potential future prospects that have been identified and build positiverelationships with them for future scope of sales.Ensuring that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information andcommitment to usersAssisting new prospects on the queries, creating interests in our product offeringsBuilding a good professional relation with the existing usersto ensure they continue using our product on a long term basis,resulting in enhanced renewalsKeep yourself updated with the new feature release and anychanges on the product.Other Requirements Minimum 3.5 - 4 years of field sales experienceShould have his own vehicle (2 / 4 wheeler) with valid license Should have completed graduation Decent English , hindi or other regional languageShould be a go getter with a love for achieving targetsShould be friendly and at same time professional goal oriented personVery energetic, quick thinker who is passionate about sales
