Job Description

We are actively looking for experienced and competent Sales Professionals to join our organization Cilicant Chem Private Limited. We are leaders in Active Primary Packaging Solution providers, aiming to expand our market share and thereby looking for suitable candidates from Packaging background. Following are the details for this opportunity. (Kindly do not call on any company number, only email at hr@cilicant.com)Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding companys products and identifying and approaching prospective customers to generate revenue.
  • Approaching the targeted clients by using cold calling, Email marketing, and Face to face Meetings
  • Responsible for End-to-End sales activity (which includes Market research, Maintaining Client Relationships, Payment follow-up, Customer queries, etc)
  • Develop and close additional business opportunities in the existing customer base and provide after-sales customer service.
  • Understanding the Clients requirements and effectively placing an offer. Finalization of costing on each project after negotiation with the clients purchase team.
  • Resolving technical queries of clients related to the product and efficiency of the product with the help of a technical and quality team.
  • Looking after Product promotion and Brand Identity through participation in exhibitions, conferences, etc.
  • Regular approach to clients through telephone, online meetings and personal visits all over India, and handling customer queries, and conducting customer surveys.
  • Must be able to make Forecasting of sales and Prepare performance reports (of Sales, New customers, etc) which need to be presented to the management periodically.
  • Coordinating with departments like QA/ QC, Production & Dispatch for best support to the customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Should have business development experience with Packaging material as a product
  • Should have an existing relationship with professionals from Packaging, Procurement, Product Development, Research & Development, etc of either of Shipping, Leather, Electronic, Automotive, OEMs, Medical Device, etc kind of Industries.
  • Candidate having experience of working with either of products like Desiccants/Sorbents, Bottles (PET, HDPE, LDPE), Barrier films, Caps & closures, or Allied product categories will be preferred.
  • Proficient in Communication, Negotiation & Presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and staff members.
  • Ability to build a team.
