Job Description

o Achieving the organizations overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans. o To control the complete operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans. o To evaluating the success of the organization. o To guide, lead and manage the organizations sufficient to accomplish the responsibilities and job requirements. o To maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth. o To perform other responsibilities as assigned by the president or the CEO. o Works with other executive officers for the matters related to delegation of tasks, appointing committees. o To identify new business opportunities, participate in new business pitches and assist in drafting new business proposals. o Successfully run multiple accounts simultaneously, including managing work plans, client expectations, and internal staffing to ensure project is consistent with time and scope in the contract. o Showed impeccable client service as demonstrated and received positive reviews appreciations from clients. o Have developed relationships with vendors or contractors that represent a variety of fields (media, policy, design, Web, etc.) and can be used on projects as needed. o Have developed relationships with other firms that are like-minded and suitable for/open to partner with on projects when appropriate. o Formulated various department specific SOPs. o Made strategic communication plans and campaign strategies that demonstrate spitfire creative approach, offer unique strategies tailored to the needs of the client and provide enough detail that they can be
