Job Description

*DescriptionOur R&D department is divided into mobile teams (7 to 8 people, including 5 or 6 developers and 2 quality assurance engineers) whose R&D design engineer is an active member. A specific project is allocated to each team and must be delivered in due times to our customers.As part of the development of our activities, the software developer is involved in maintaining our existing desktop applications, fixing bugs for our customers, coding new algorithms, implementing user interfaces and automatic tests, in collaboration with the quality applications engineer, the other software developers and the product managers.Responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and/or Linux (Linux is preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of the C++
  • Knowledge of unit testing and code quality process like code review
  • Knowledge of SCM (perforce, git)
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of python
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Knowledge of QT
  • Scrum methodology
  • Experience in R&D
  • Adaptability and motivation to tackle geological concepts
