Job Description

    Qualification: CACTC: Upto 12 LPA depending upon experienceJob Role & Responsibility1.Advising companies on Equity compensation Plans emphasizing on Valuation, accounting and disclosure from SEBI/ Accounting standard perspective 2.Conceptualizing solutions around designing Valuation, accounting and disclosure from SEBI/ Accounting standard perspective, mainly from Corporate Laws and SEBI perspective. 3.Giving opinions on accounting-related aspects. 4.Meeting, discussion and presentations to the client as required.Skills:1.Chartered Account is preferred. 2.Experienced in Fair Valuation/ Share valuation preferred. 3.Extremely good in written and spoken English communication. 4.Maturity to understand client expectations. 5.Ability to interact with senior-level (CEO / CXO / CFOs) executives from the client organization. 6.Attention to details. Ability to understand & draft/ structure legal documents. 7.Good working experience in Excel, Word and Power point presentations. 8.Aptitude to specialize in a domain & Solution oriented creative approach. 9.Consulting experience shall be preferred. 10.As a part of the Consulting team, the candidate will have CAs, CPAs, and CS/LLB as team members and leaders.Joining Immediate to 15 days joiners.,
