Job Description

    1. Act as a sole owner for the NICE Engage 6.x recording solutions, maintain the system with no potential issues, 2. Work on support tasks, Gathering information regarding the technical problem that accrued by in order to diagnose the problem in the system.3. Connecting remotely to the end user system to try to resolve or diagnose the problem, connect end users through phone, WebEx and email.4. Working with ] Internal L1 team, Customer Support teams, Business Partners and Customers Globally to address Recording and Compliance application related product issues and resolve high-level issues.5. The engineer must be able to perform SP and UP upgrade activities in the system,6. Must be able to Implement and install Engage products for the customer site if required,7. Maintain quality and on-going internal and external communication throughout your analysis,8. Contribution to the Knowledge Base, documentation of the troubleshooting analysis and problem resolution steps and participate in Educating/Mentoring the team and other team members,9. Initiate and performing changes on production systems and proactively escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the established timeframes.10. Develop training materials to be used by all engineers in the organization and conduct internal training through L&D team.
