Job Description

    Job Responsibilities :
    1. Putting systems & processes so that all the projects are managed efficiently all the time
    2. Should Develop Good Relationship with the Electrical Consultants, Architects & Clients for Generating continuous enquiry.
    3. Developing Good Relationship with Project Management Consultants.
    4. Should have Personal Contacts & networking with well known Electrical Consultants & Architects in and around Mumbai.
    5. Should manage the Productivity of the marketing Plans for new & Existing Projects.
    6. Should Independently handle Complete Project execution from start to end.
    7. Keeping in touch with clients and attending to them.
    8. Should attend meetings of all site and handle the clients tactfully.
    9. Should have good communication skills both written and verbal.
    10. Should Plan & Visit sites and resolve & close the issues if any.
    11. Resolving Technical issues whenever required
    12. Getting New Orders.
    13. Follow up for Payments and getting the same on Time.
    14. Clearing Purchase Indents after through verification.
    15. Reporting to Directors on a Daily basis.
    16. Ensuring the GST bills are made and certified on time.
    17. Ensuring Good workmanship and quality control.
    18. Proper correspondence with Clients, Architect and Consultants.
    19. Preparation of Pert Charts Schedules.
    20. Preparation of Targets and monitoring the same.
