Job Description

Title: Cloud Technical Quality ManagerExperience: 5 to 10 years Client Location: PAN India Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing technical processes and procedures focused mainly on the delivery of SAP Basis support for both new implementations and Production Run Support Customers.
  • Help to train and educate the managed services Basis Teams and technical Service Managers on the standard operating processes and procedures of the Managed Services Basis Organisation.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure compliance of all the standard operating process and procedures.
  • Support the bi-annual SAP Global Hosting Certificate audits.
  • Ensure customer specific documentation is being created properly and maintained by the Basis Teams and Technical Service Managers.
  • Assist in tracking and ensuring all Managed Cloud customers are remaining on supported versions of all operating system, database and software applications.
  • Monitor for inefficiencies in Managed Services Basis processes and
Requirements/ Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of providing production run SAP Basis support
  • 10+ years of SAP Basis Administration support
  • 15+ years of IT service experience
  • At a minimum ITIL Foundation Certificate, preferably ITIL practitioner or greater certificate
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Vision ,Power point, Excel and share point
  • Preferably technical documentation training /certification.
