Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Managing new feature releases for improving Service functionalities around various Payment products Project designing running and tracking of tasks related to delivery of payment product initiatives . Using API performance tracking platforms like UserExperior Kibana NewRelic etc. and SLA management with partners Using methods to monitor service performance around each payment product. Using Agile implementation tools like Azure DevOps JIRA Slack etc. for managing task deliveries. Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT Operations Customer Service Compliance Legal etc. Owning Regular Monitoring and TechOps KPIs for platform uptime and delivering the required success rates to businesses. Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve products * Major Challenges - Tracking API performances and ensuring fast resolution Co-ordination between multiple teams and external vendors to enable task delivery * Key Decisions / Dimensions - SLA management Project design related decisions Timeline related Alternative solution and partners Adapting industry best practices Financial Dimensions While the project will take two quarters to deliver the overall GMV expected from Payments business over the next 3 years is above INR 2 lac Crores. Other Dimensions Total Team Size: 3-4 members Number of Direct Reports: 0 Number of Indirect Reports: 0 Number of Outsourced employees: 0-1 Number of locations: NA , * a) Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 4 years of experience b) Work Experience Minimum 4 years of running program management, operations and service shop in Payments domain Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
