Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Duties & Responsibilities: o Develop content strategy that aligns with marketing and business targets both long term and short term. o Collaboratively design and develop site content design and layout alongside design and marketing teams. o Generate and publish engaging content o Edit proofread and improve upon writers posts when necessary o Ensure brand consistency by communicating effectively with writers o Optimize content according to SEO o Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics o Increase web traffic across platforms by managing content distribution to online channels and social media. o Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection) o Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw attention of audience 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) KPI- success metrics ownership Online DIY Portal - Monitoring & Project Execution Liasoning with internal stakeholders for Capability Support & Project Management 5.
