Job Description

Implementation of effective compliance program defined by Mercedes-Benz AG and other Compliance Related Matters, Compliance consultations and local laws & regulations.
Support and coordinate the entity-specific compliance measures sets implementation for Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Human Rights and Sanctions Compliance.
Provide guidance to other department within in the organization on due diligence processes for business partners.
Designing & implementation of compliance relevant policies, guidelines and processes.
Create awareness of Integrity & Compliance within the organization.
Support in ensuring Internal Control System (ICS) are working effectively within the organization.

Should possess knowledge of FCPA, Data Protection, AML & Sanctions and other applicable anti-corruption laws, regulations, standards and internal control system.
