  • Knowledge of supporting large organizations in globally diverse locations
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting and administrating enterprise-level Windows devices and configuration and management systems
  • Working experience in developing scripts in PowerShell, Python, and Ansible (Playbooks)
  • Working experience in follow-the-sun level 2 and level 3 support teams model
  • Support Level 2/3 experience in Windows desktop operating systems
  • The troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the NextGen VDI infrastructure, supporting services, and dependencies
  • Performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals, on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels
Responsibilities :
  • Would be responsible for managing and running production environments that deliver Banks Desktop & VDI products.
  • Are expected to have strong administrative/ operational experience in VDI infrastructure along with automation skills
