Job Description

    * OTM Technical Developer (5-7 Years) Location : Pune (ready to visit Pune location as per project demand) 5-7 Years of OTM & Supply chain (Including hands on OTM SaaS experience) experience. Have worked on configuration, setup, design and development of the product and integration (REST/SOAP) systems. He/she will work on features, gaps, customization, configurations that is required to enable the business process. Obtain business requirements and use cases / user stories from Product and Service Delivery, Supply, Distribution and Operation Planning Domains and work on enhancements. He will participate and collaborate as part of Scrum Team for knowledge growth in the technology areas. He/She needs to ensure effective delivery of the work to ensure the quality delivery handles exception cases, roll-back scenarios and identify cases. Provide ad-hoc support to the Global Distribution organization users of TMS. Conduct User testing and validation. Work closely with the OTM Team Lead and IT PM to propose alternative solutions and improve existing processes.OTM Functional Developer 7-10 years of OTM and supply chain management (SCM) experience. Good functional understanding of OTM, SCM transportation and Journeys. Coordinate, Obtain business requirements and use cases / user stories from business, Product and Service Delivery, Supply, Distribution and Operation Planning Domains and develop functional specifications. Acquire and maintain proper awareness and understanding of the End-2-End Distribution workflow. Should possess experience in devising transportation network, optimizing transportation costs and forming profitable trade management strategies for customers. Expertise in Transportation Management end-to-end flow in different scenarios such as Order Management, Shipment Planning & Execution, Financial Settlement as well as Contract & Rate Management. Interface with development team (Regular reviews, provide clarification on functional specs). Participate and collaborate as part of Scrum Team for knowledge growth in various improvement areas. Responsible for keeping up-to-date the training material and other user-related documentation. Provide user training and user support. Work closely with the OTM Team Lead and IT PM to propose alternative solutions and improve existing processes. ,
