This exciting role offers opportunity to: We are looking forward to an Data Engineer MDM in Eaton s corporate IT team based in Pune, India.We are looking for a data engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Integration & Automation tool sets and who is willing to learn the Leading Cloud MDM solutions and contribute to our expanding program.
• Candidates will be expected to add business value by focusing on various Integration & Automation initiatives for MDM Program.
• Candidate will be expected to work on the Agile Product Team and be always ready to learn new skill sets.
• Hands-on technical role, responsible for design, development, and deployment of the data pipeline, ETL, and MDM workflows and integrations.
• Support all aspects of Integration & Automation within MDM solution, including data ingestion, creation of the master record, outbound extracts, and API integration.
• Work closely with the team and any services/system integration vendors on successful release management.
• Provide technical support for master data across all areas of the company and interface with process teams for Salesforce and Oracle Cloud ERP design and new functionality.
• Partner with Business and IT stakeholders at all levels to refine the roadmap and develop innovative Integration & automation solutions for MDM.
• Perform unit tests and conduct reviews with other team members to ensure code is rigorously designed, elegantly coded, and effectively tuned for performance.
QualificationsQualification:
• Graduate Degree in Comp Science / Mathematics / Engineering / Equivalent.
• Min 4 to 6 years of experience in Information Technology and delivering solutions on Integration & Automation.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong Programming skills (Java & Python).
• Strong Integration Tool s Knowledge (preferable Informatica ETL PowerCenter/IICS, Microsoft Automation (Flow/Desktop)).
• Experience working on enterprise data projects (data warehouses/master data management, others) with hands-on data analysis, and profiling skills using SQL.
• Experience with APIGEE or any other API management tool.
• Reltio Integration Hub (Nice to Have).
• Good understanding of API-First architecture.
• Azure Cloud Knowledge.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps processes.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and a high drive for results.
• Must possess the ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt to changing business needs.
• Good team player, self-motivating, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and have knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle.
