Job Description

The company BHS Corrugated India Pvt Ltd, based in Pune is established since 2011 as a subsidiary of BHS Corrugated, Germany. We bring together start-up culture and decades of corporate experience.We are working on the digital future of the corrugated cardboard industry. As an independent player, we act as a partner to the entire industry and network manufacturers, customers and service providers in a unique industrial ecosystem. We use it to create highly efficient and simple processes with the aim of making the corrugated cardboard industry the most innovative and productive industry segment worldwide.If you also want to face the challenges of a start-up, support us at the Pune location.Main Tasks:

  • Optimization of the current data basis for a valid downstream data processing
  • Responsible for a continuous and consistent quality measurement and analysis
  • Develop concepts, strategies and implementations with a focus on data quality management
  • Monitoring of data base in Qlik, Tagetik etc. - Data from Production, Sales, Finance (after processes are defined for Information Repository Unit, interfaces are clear)
  • Close cooperation with the Information Factory, Repository units in the operational optimization and resolving of data problems
  • Creation of a continuous information quality definition, quality management process, quality measurement and quality analysis
  • Maintenance of visualization and documentation for quality assurance
  • Definition of a framework for data governance
  • Identifying a data retention, data quality, and authorization concept for the information repository
  • Development and definition of rules, automated processes and tools to monitor and analyze performance of databases and data stores
  • Ensuring continuous data quality improvement
  • Track down causes of uncovered data quality issues and provide detailed instructions for future optimization. Follow-up until the issue is sustainably resolved
Profile:
  • IT Graduate with minimum 2 yrs experience.
  • Strong technological and IT-infrastructure understanding
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret trends and important information for understanding large and complex data
  • In-depth statistical knowledge to identify issues or ways to improve systems that are already in place
  • Critical thinkers who can successfully troubleshoot with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important to work effectively with other Units.
  • Expertise in : MySQL knowledge is must / Data quality skills.
  • An advantage: knowledge of German.
