Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Hands on experience with Surface Mount Technology Processes and Printed Circuit Boards assembly & QA 2. Testing for In circuit test and End of testing for printed circuit board assembly 3. Experience of component verification processes as per bill of material and layout inspection 4. Establishing the process requirements of Electro Static Protected Area (EPA), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Moisture Sensitive Level (MSL) and Moisture Sesitivity Devices (MSD) 5. Micro managment of DWM dashboard requirements and preparation of MIS to monitor SMT process KPIs 6. Deployement of inspection standards from IPC requirements and ESD standards 7. Problem solving related to electronic components, PCBs 8. Conduct periodic meeting, Co-ordinate & follow-up will all the stake holder for early resolution of the quality problems reported from the customer end 9. Establishing and sustaining process complainces as per IATF 16949 10.
