1. Develop, deploy and monitor ONE Eaton Sourcing Process for all the business/categories under traditional RFQ s.2. Supporting to bridge the gaps between the Commodity leads and the teams and drive as one team.3. Support ESSP goals through self and others.4. Be the point of contact for the commodity leaders.5. Ensure projects meet their financial goals by converting the savings identified through rigorous follow up with the Category Managers and supporting them proactively on their needs6. Lead & manage a team of Sourcing/RFX Analysts (current Team Size~10 and with potential increase of 20+)7. Monitor market evolution; perform market intelligence research for global commodities and currency fluctuations as well as future trends both technical and environmental.8. Support teams with project management tools and techniques. Give Proactive Alerts to program manager and project team for Critical Paths and risk mitigation9. Establish robust process to reflect the One Eaton One SCM policy across all business and categories & continuously improves the process to bring down the standard time and turnaround time10. Ensures compliance on GO GREEN initiative and feeds Global Procurement SharePoint with key category related metrics according to expectations.11. Identify, establish, monitor and control all the necessary metrics to have complete process rigor12. Should get the Kaizen rigor in the team and the process13. Establish robust capability monitoring mechanism for all the critical process and product parameters. 14. Communicates with the Supply Chain teams globally regarding opportunities in alignment with commodity strategies15. Participate in risks assessment and risk management along with the project teams comprising global SCM leaders and commodity managers16. Lead governance meetings with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliance to SLAs & enhance customer satisfaction17. Handle team dynamics by keeping the team motivated & connected; Fair performance evaluation through Strong feedback mechanism 18. Identify and deploy right training and upskilling measures for the team19. Handle and train the team to work with Global customers20. Good exposure to data analytics, process automations, macros, etc.,QualificationsBachelor s in Engineering OR Masters in Engg and MBA Supply Chain9-12 years in Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement)Certification- Any certification in supply management like CPSM, CSM is preferred / RFX / Ariba / eRFQ / eAuctionsExcellent knowledge with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project)We make what matters work.
