Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Responsible for the vehicle integration and design collaboration.
    • DMU and gap study of plastic, electrical, chassis, frame, EV powertrain and engine related parts.
    • Packaging study of new features.
    • Good knowledge of assembly tools of UG/Catia.
    • Knowledge and checking of basic vehicle regulations.
    • Basic knowledge of DFA and DFS.
    • Good knowledge of physical vehicle assembly process.
    • Knowledge of vehicle geometry and basic parameters such as wheel base, castor angle and steering angle.
    • Knowledge of CMVR & Homologation for two wheelers.
    • Facilitating development of concept parts/ modifications of existing components and generating samples for new technology, VAVE.
    • Eliminating redundant / obsolete processes involved in the development processes.
    Experience 4- 6 years experience in Automotive sector Industry Preferred Qualifications B.E / B. Tech Electrical and Electronics engineering; MS/MTech is added advantage General Requirements Knowledge/Skills Required:
      • 2-Wheeler vehicle systems design.
      • Expertise in sheet metal and design & development.
      • UG-NX, Catia, Team center, 3D/2D model development
      • NPD process.
