Job Description

    • Responsible for the vehicle integration and design collaboration.
    • DMU and gap study with Surrounding related parts.
    • Good knowledge of Plastic part design.
    • Good knowledge of plastic material selection
    • Good knowledge of tool & dies, Injection moulding, different manufacturing processes.
    • Packaging study of new components getting added.
    • Good knowledge of stack up analysis.
    • Good knowledge of DFMEA.
    • Knowledge and checking of basic vehicle regulations.
    • Good knowledge of DFM & DFA.
    • Good knowledge of GD&T.
    • Engineering change in parts its regularization, BOM updating, release in team center.
    • Facilitating development of concept parts/ modifications of existing components and generating samples for new technology, VAVE.
    Experience 6-8 years experience in Automotive with SIL/MIL/HIL is preferable. Industry Preferred auto industry preferred Qualifications B.E / B. Tech Electrical and Electronics engineering; MS/MTech is added advantage General Requirements
      • 2-Wheeler vehicle systems design.
      • Expertise in Plastic Part design & development.
      • UG-NX, Catia, Team center, 3D/2D model development
      • NPD process.
