Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Delivery of Design of interface from product definition research ideation and implementation Lead Interaction Design Interface Design Service Design and Art direction with emphasis on UX Design apps and websites experiences and applications that balance user needs business objectives and technological constraints Work directly with external design agencies to deliver pathbreaking designs Codify and evolve design principles Design for all devices and form factors Make the users digital experience useful usable and enjoyable The ideal candidate will have experience in working across research design testing and marketing Define and track design metrics to measure the success of design and devise methods for continuous improvement 2. User testing Testing the look and feel of the interface and its reception by the user Track user behavior and design performance and accordingly tweak the design approach Run experiments including A/B and multi-variate tests to evaluate and improve design performance 3. Lead visual design development As Head of Design your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography iconography color space and texture. You will use your knowledge expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read easy to understand and easy to find Prepare work by gathering information and materials Generate clear ideas concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent integrated brand perception and user-experience Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes engineers product managers in order to create simple easy-to-use software Translate client business requirements user needs technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing easy to use and emotionally engaging Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards changes trends in visual design field Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning Design and optimize apps that balance user needs business objectives and technological constraints Work directly with external design agencies to deliver pathbreaking designs Codify and evolve design principles Design for all devices and form factors Make the users digital experience useful usable and enjoyable Perform user research including personal interviews with users and stakeholders competitive analysis online surveys and focus groups to learn about users: their behavior goals motivations and needs Identify key user groups and create representative personas Represent the voice of the user and bring an outside-in perspective , * ROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 12-15 years of experience in design in payments and banking industry, preferably in a fintech Must have experience in a practicing environment, working on large, complex design projects Post-graduation in Design from a Tier 1 College is a must Graduation in engineering or equivalent from a Tier 1 Engineering college is a plus Strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
