    JD- Store P&L Ownership- Revenue Realization- Average TAT of projects for team- Sign Up Revenue of team & Conversion ratio- Customer NPS (D-NPS)- Employee NPSExperience : 7+ YearsLooking at candidates who have experience of handling ~Rs 10+ Cr. of Revenue a yearWhat does a typical day look like1. Achieve Center level Sales targets2. Realize Revenue from the Design stages - Planning, Invoicing & Collection3. Drive Customer NPS for the center4. Manage Designer and Sales Manager Performance5. Lead Hiring and Onboarding to build capacity quickly for the center6. Work with Ops to ensure seamless project delivery7. Drive design and adoption of respective Designer Workflow and Sales CRM tools8.
