Job Role & Responsibilities:We are looking for:A passionate and intelligent person with good player skills to manage the servers, applications and end point users with the sole aim to keep the operations running smoothly with no downtime at client s end. Our Current Hardware & Software Stack: Servers IBM/Lenovo/Dell Windows Server 12 Linux Redhat / Ubuntu Virtualization on HyperV/Vmware Windows 8.1/10 Workstations SAN IBM/Dell NAS IBM/Dell Antivirus Sophos/Symantec/Trend Network Juniper/Cisco/HP Back Tape: IBM/Spectra Backup Software Tivoli/Dell Networker Firewall: Sophos/Cisco You will have the following responsibilities and background: Manage and implement scheduled and regular patch management. Setup and manage servers instances for new installations for various requirements. Troubleshoot / break-fix issues. Update firmware on regular intervals. Work with OEM support to solve issues when the happen. Implement network polices and maintain the network in top conditionSchedule and manage regular backups, including on tape Keep firewall and antivirus applications in top shape. Judiciously implement firewall policies across all endpoints. Maintain Wi-Fi and related internet usage policy.
