Purpose of Position To be part of FIGmd EHR Mapping Team Pune. Perform in line with the Quality Assurance System, including the FIGmd Code of Ethics and the FIGmd organizational policy Understand the current set of applications, processes Ensure 100% data is mapped from various external sources Major Responsibilities Ensure FHIR compliant CDR structure and collect all relevant data elements as a part of extraction Perform EHR exploration and build EHR maps for complete and accurate data extraction Perform thorough gap analysis of the PUSH files received frrom the practices and build appropriate confiuration to collect complete and accurate data Follow the laid down configuration management process to implement any change in the live environment Build EHR level technical mapping specification document that can help mapping team Ensure timeliness of deliverable Identify, manage and escalate issues across project life-cycle phases Experience Must have: Total 5+ years of overall experience in the field of EHR/RCM implementation or integration Strong background of EMR/EHR data structures Expert in writing complex SQL queries Working knowledge of Linux Good written and oral communication skills Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills Ability to absorb and retain information quickly Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Following experience will be an added advantage (nice to have): Python scripting Exposure to multicultural teams Qualification Graduate or equivalent qualification with minimum 5+ years of successful experience in recognized,global IT services / consulting company in the US healthcare industry ,
