Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for IBM ELM migration, upgradation, and server rename of all services defined in scope
    • Service Desk, Event & Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Change Management Processes
    • Responsible for WAS upgradation
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in case of P1 On-call support
    • Provide input to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
    Eligibility:
    • Experience in ELM Application/Production Support
    • In-depth knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
    • Support experience in providing 24 X 7 operations for ELM applications/ Infra
    • Disaster Recovery application monitoring and system health check
    • Hands-on experience in the installation of ELM Patches/ iFix deployments
    • Prior work experience WebSphere Application support/ Liberty profile- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting application server issues
    • Experience in IHS (IBM HTTP Server) installation and configuration
    • Experience on working on various LDAP
