  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Provide Infrastructure support for Firewall Management services with expert level knowledge on technology and people management skills B: Responsible for escalations handling, vendor management, and interaction with security leads as well as with other support teams to ensure successful operations of the firewall Management Services
      • Technical Experience : A: Experience on Implementing security solutions infrastructure and/or application including the design, configuration, development, testing and deployment of security-related technologies B: Expert level experience on deployment, maintenance and operations of one or more EDR, AV, Proxy, DLP Solutions C: EDR - Hands-on experience with expertise on EDR like CrowdStrike, Endgame, Palo Alto Cortex etc Endpoint Security: Antivirus solution , Host based IDS/IPS Symantec Critical System Protection
      • Professional Attributes : A: Excellent Written and Verbal Communication -Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts Ability to work independently and make logical decisions and lead by example
      • Educational Qualification : A: Bachelors and above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering
    • Additional Information : Certification EDR Endgame Core, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Cortex, Enterprise Mobility Expert
