Job Description

    The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, test, implement and maintain Automations & RPAs for business specific end user tools like AutoCAD/Autodesk Inventor, PLM (Enovia), Bidman, Design Automation and other tools with minimal directions; Interact with product line engineers to gather requirements about automation requests which will define automation framework. Upon developing automation provide guidance on documenting the automations for future use and maintain. Create enhancement requests and automation scripts using different programming languages ; serve as a product line liaison for automation projects.Job Responsibilities
    • Responsible in understanding Engineering team Automation requirements of automating repetitive and non value added process steps which is taking more time in execution.
    • Responsible for complete end to end cycle of Automation projects- Which includes defining framework, developing cods / scripts and conducting final testing.
    • Expertise in creating/developing variety of Automations or RPAs for Engineering organization which involves business specific end user design tools like AutoCAD & Autodesk inventor, PLM (Enovia) , Bindman, Design Automation, AS-400.
    • The expected core language competencies are - Programming and database skills: VB.Net/C#, Python, VBA (Good to have), SQL,selenium, Appium, XML and HTML skills as well.
    • Additional must have skill- Configuration Management (CM) Software Experience, Mitigating development drift is essential for implementing reliable automated procedures.
    • Good Understanding of new digital technologies like Power BI, Power Automate Desktop & Virtual agent etc.
    • Communicate effectively with take holders, customer, team members and cross functional team, both verbal & written.
    • Provide input and feedback for continuous improvement of processes and systems with use of digital technologies.
    • Mentor, Coach to make other engineers ready for Development of Automations
    • Build & mature multi-year roadmap of Automations projects inline with Digitalization Strategy of the organization
    • Contributions to CI projects.

    • BE Computer/Electrical/Mechanical

    • 4-7 years
    Technical knowledge
