Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole: Engineering ManagerManager of Software Engineering to lead development of custom software solutions and to manage the team of architects, developers, DevOps, and quality assurance specialists making it happen. Compay s core platform is a data backhaul and meter data management system gathering This role will be based in India and will work closely with teammates across several international time zones including USA and Argentina. To facilitate these communications, working hours will be 3 pm 11 pm.Office location: Pune.Work from Home /Office both options available -Flexible working hours.Experience 8 + YearsResponsibilities

    • Ensure the team has the context, vision, skills, and tools they need to ship the right software. Collaborate and build seamless relationship with Product Management
    • Direct and oversee the development and release processes.
    • Establish policies and producers to assure high-quality software products.
    • Work with teams to establish and meet target timelines and KPIs.
    • Develop effective partnerships within your team and other groups .
    Requirements
    • 8+ years of software development experience, and 2+ years of leadership experience. Must have strong programming experience and must be a hands-on programmer (Java /JavaScript /Python).
    • Experience with Cloud (AWS) application development.
    • Experience of working in microservices, SOA and solid understanding of web services paradigms.
    • Experience in Designing and developing web-based applications and backend services.
    • Coding, code reviews, unit testing, integration Testing and in preparing & understanding test cases. - Be involved in deployment strategies and deployment process.
    • 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
