Job Description

    Sourcing and Screening Guidelines : - Linux Fundamentals/UNIX System - Administrator Programming - Experience Python/Shell Scrip t - People Management - CS Fundamentals - Debuggging Skiils/Coding/Code Review - AWS - Technical Delivery - Supervising a team of engineers and help build next generation IT infrastructure e.g. containers infrastructure using Dockers & Kubernetes - Supervising a team of engineers and help build next generation IT infrastructure e.g. containers infrastructure using Dockers & Kubernetes infrastructure such as Linux, Windows, Git, DNS, Kerberos, Syslog, Apache, Perl, Python, E-mail, Ansible, ELK - Minimizing the risk of system failures and ensuring that controls are in place to detect failures - Working with tech teams to ensure that infrastructure scales dynamically based on usage patterns - Adopting Site Reliability Engineering practices in the group and defining SLOs for various components - Managing, designing, executing, and owning delivery and maintenance of infrastructure projects/products - Tailoring processes to manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closure - Owning end-to-end availability and performance of mission critical services and building automation to prevent recurrence of problem Required Candidate profile What youll need : - A bachelors degree in Computer Science with 12+ years of experience - Experience with a variety of tools to manage, understand, and debug large, complex distributed systems - Good knowledge of Unix system, web technologies, databases, and public cloud systems like AWS, Networking, Systems - Experience with Linux administration and strong programming experience - Attention to detail and the ability to work well in and across teams - Ability to advocate and influence multiple stakeholders - Excellent analytical and reasoning skills - Experience leading a team of highly skilled engineers - Strong communication skills Role: Network Manager / Administrator Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Engineering - Hardware & Networks Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: IT Network Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers PG: Any Postgraduate Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required, Any Doctorate Key Skills Skills highlighted with are preferred keyskills UnixLinuxDocker Shell ScriptingDebuggingDistributed SystemsAWSIT InfrastructurePython
