This group creates and maintains bespoke systems for life cycling of equity swaps. A continuous change agenda is being supplement by a multi-year Digitisation program. As a result this team is expanding its global foot print and will eventually be located in London, Poland and India., proven track record as an Technology manager for ideally 9+ years with 5+ years aligned to financial services. knowledge and experience of enterprise grade bespoke application development, running teams and a track record of delivery in global organisations. knowledge of Investment Banking, equity trading products (Swaps highly preferred) and financial product lifecycle management. pragmatic and strategic thinker and excellent communicator (written and verbal), able to coach, lead and influence very strong interpersonal & leadership skills with experience coordinating with other multi- functional global stakeholders to achieve an outcome. adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions (non-IT) strong appreciation of SDLC stages, best practice and pragmatism. sustained and practical experience in running projects. excellent organizational and problem solving skills*#LI-SS1
