We are looking forward Executive Order Managementbased in Pune, India. This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • Achieve monthly Turn Around Time (TAT) for order processing across all platforms including intercompany
  • Achieve monthly Turn Around Time (TAT) for New Part Addition
  • Work with all platform leaders to drive monthly NOI targets
  • Work in close coordination with pricing team support price inputs expedition and eliminate delays
  • Drive order book alignment with SIOP and ENCORE for the month and quarter
  • Drive order book cleaning and maintain executable order book for effective decision making
  • Prepare MIS on monthly NOI comparison MoM / QoQ and Sequentially
  • Drive process improvements and error free order processing
  • Maintain clear and healthy Customer records ready for communication any time
QualificationsRequirement:
  • 5 - 7 years experience in order processing and management
  • Must be able to effectively work in a matrix organization
  • Strong team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
