To Process P.O. in SAP for All material & ensure On time delivery tillGRN Preparation **Major Responsibility**|**Typical Frequency**|**% of Overall Workload** ---|---|--- Planning & shortage calculation of Import parts as per requirements for crane& crane care, ensure availability of all imported parts to avoid anyshortages.|Daily|30% Import communication with China & France team for parts requirements.|Daily|20% Co-ordination with CHA, Forwarder for clearing of shipments, ensure to clearshipment within time frame, ensure zero detention.|Daily|10% Export planning for exports consignments.|Daily|10% Taking quotation & finalization of Import & Export Shipments quotation withoptimum cost.|Daily|10% Active Coordination with Intercompany Vendors, CHA, forwarders & Financedepartment for Supplier Account Reconciliation|Daily|10% On time preparation of PO in SAP, ordering of parts as per lead time,submission of documents to finance etc.|Daily|10% **Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to performjob:**| 1.
