Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
• Lead the gathering and documenting functional requirements through workshops and interviews
• Formulate solution designs based on the functional requirements.
• Understanding of FCCS Dimensions and data model, application creation, Architecture knowledge of ETL tools like Data Management,Good in financial Data validation activities.
• Strong Consolidation, Close Mgt, reporting process knowledge, Prior experience in migrating from HFM to FCCS will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills, Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training
• Build and configure of EPM consolidation solutions based on agreed requirements and solution design.
• System Integration and assistance in User Acceptance testing for consolidation application testing.
• Promote and adhere to best practices of Application creation and optimized parameters of an application.
• Expertise in creating Technical Design Document, Admin
• Manuals, User Manuals as deliverables of an EPM engagements.
• Good communication skills and customer facing skills in driving EPM product demos and pocsSkills and Qualifications:CA/MBA Finance with 3-8 years of experience with 1-3 implementation experience in implementing financial consolidation and
• FCCS, exceptionally good understanding on IGAAP, USGAAP accountingmethods, Understanding of organization Model Financial statements,
• Annual Reports, Creation of financial consolidation data model in FCCS/HFM is preferable.
• Lead and conduct discovery sessions/interviews/workshops to define business requirements and scope. Conduct and document Fit/Gap analysis between delivered functionality in Hyperion and customer requirements, Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM Consolidation systems.
• Thorough understanding of accounting concepts, Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow understanding, Methods of consolidation like
• Equity, Cost methods, Consolidation Accounting, Currency Translation
• Adjustment, Movements, Minority Interests, Good Will Calculation.
• Understanding of FR reporting studio, smart view reporting, dashboards etc.
• Experience in testing of FCCS application components like
• Consolidated financial Statutory reports, Consolidation rules,
• Currency Translation, CTA calculations, Intercompany partner transactions with technical team members.
• Experience in creating deliverables of Consolidation and Statutory reporting solutions like Business Requirement documents,
• Functional Design documents, User manuals.
• Exceptionally good in writing business rules like, consolidation rules, translation rules, no input rules, 1-2 implementation experience is required.
• Understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting. Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting.
• Experience in working end to end FCCS implementation and support projects.
• Good Knowledge in creation Application components of FCCS
• Dimensions, Data management, Smart view , Web Forms , Business Rules,workflow approval, close manager artifacts, application security matrix.
• Technical knowledge of scripting for writing custom consolidations, translation logic, business rules and EPM Automation.
• Strong understanding of corporate month ends close and consolidation process and actual corporate reporting requirements.
• Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
• Good experience to understand the Elimination process, consolidation Methods and Chart of Accounts.
• Good knowledge in Data integration from different sources.
• Knowledge on Supplemental data management and close manager.
• Good experience to manage the Outline administration and security.
• Monthly close process/consolidation; create and maintain end-user web forms; develop and maintain rules based on business needs.
• Responsible for validation of data for movement between financial applications.
• Good knowledge in creating Financial Reports/Financial Reporting Studio.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues related to FCCS application.
• Ensure business-as-usual operation of the Production environment daily, escalating issues to Oracle Managed Cloud Services & Oracle Cloud Support when necessary.
