This is a field job requiring constant travelling to connect with customer and understand customer behaviour through field visit.Candidate Shall have min 1-3 years of experience in field operations as Sales Executive (Service Sector / FMCG etc. will be preferred)Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English. Must be willing to travel across Maharashtra constantly.Job will execute/fill-up company mandated survey forms by visiting targeted customers in the assigned area and taking feedback of customer. Complete the daily target of number of surveys in each locality and submit daily completion report. Key Result AreasRole is responsible for filling maximum surveys with high accuracy for business growth and maximizes the profits of the organization by meeting the required daily/ weekly targets. Relook Beats/Geography/Visit Norms to align with the objective of improved business performance.Generate leads by way of identifying interested customers/products during survey filling activity and help in generating maximum capacity utilization in the assigned area.Improve wallet share and quality throughput from the outlet (what to sell/how much to sell) based on Geography & regional behaviour.Effective Communication of Retail schemes in Market.
