The park features Diamond Water Park, Diamond Adventure Park and Camp Diamond, which offer a variety of international standard water rides, adventure activities and camping experiences. The park is open from 10 am to 6 pm and is known for its strict adherence to safety standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller at Diamond Parks in Pune. The Financial Controller will manage financial statements, reporting, and accounting activities. Additionally, the Financial Controller is expected to possess strong analytical skills and play an integral part in finance management. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects. Analyze financial data, market trends, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to. senior management. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Present financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and potential areas for improvement. Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial feasibility. Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis. Cash Flow Management: Manage and optimize cash flow to meet the financial requirements of ongoing real estate developments. Implement effective cash management policies and procedures. Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards applicable to the real estate sector. Work closely with auditors to facilitate external audits and address any audit findings. Project Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis for potential real estate projects, including feasibility studies, return on investment calculations, and risk assessments. Financial Systems and Processes: Oversee and enhance financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Implement best practices in financial management and reporting. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is communicated effectively across the organization,
