Job Description

Dear Candidates,We are urgently looking out for JuniorFinancial Analyst AccountantRTRWhat is the purpose of the job

  • To ensure various transactions in the A2R-FA process for e.g. Asset Capitalisation / Depreciation / Disposals / Journal preparation and posting / Reconciliations / Asset Management / MEC activities etc., are processed accurately and within agreed lead times to meet MEC close timelines.
What are the main activities the person in the job is responsible for
  • Strict adherence to global standard process (application of desktop procedures and business operations pack) to deliver accurate and quality outputs
  • Prepare and analyze (Month-end reports like Capex Spent, Capital Work-in-progress, Open Line items, Project Analysis, Journals, Inter-Company, Asset Management, MEC Activities, and Group Reporting teams collaborate effectively with Finance Operations Team in line with IFRS.
  • Support the Team Lead by working directly with the client to identify corrective actions when errors occur or KPI not met.
  • Independently perform the activities with minimum supervision; provide regular status updates, issues & resolutions to the Team Leader / Supervisors.
  • Proactively provide input to Team Leads on opportunities for improvement to the process of its execution.
  • Preparation of internal and external audit information
  • Well versed in macros
Experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience in a multinational environment.
  • Ability to communicate financial information to a finance audience
  • Proficient knowledge of handling end to end A2R activities for a large multinational company.
  • Sound in economics, finance, or accounting background
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting
  • Possess strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems. SAP proficiency required
  • Should have sound accounting skills in reconciliations and accounting treatment.
  • Should have managed stakeholders in a multi-country setup.
Location: Baner, PuneMinimum education and critical knowledge required for the job
  • Holds Finance Qualification: Bcom/Mcom/MBA
  • Fluent in English
